Being pregnant is a source of great excitement, but it also inevitably produces some fear.  A MOM to be may become afraid of many things, ranging from concerns about the health of the babies and well-being to worry about how she will cope with pain during childbirth or if it will be a good MOM.  There are several things that can transform a great source of big fear.
